Speak Loud, Incorporated results will generate sources to fund college education for youth, provide guidance of career journey and build self-confidence.
There is an alarming rate of today’s youth that is choosing not to pursue an education or follow their dreams post high school. This ranges from not earning a formal degree, or a business certification or license. This choice is typical because they are underprivileged; in a family environment with parents who lack the knowledge on the necessary steps to take, because they were underprivileged themselves; misguided by peers; the cost of college applications are too high; they are worried about getting a job to take care of their families; academic difficulties during high school; and more.
So most youths end up getting jobs not careers. Those who are not satisfied with the income from these jobs typically turn to committing crimes for a supplemental income and most likely will end up being a part of the criminal system. This result of life will normally place a stigma on an individual for the rest of their life.
Speak Loud, Inc. desires to help these underprivileged, misguided and uneducated youth take the necessary steps to make their dreams and ideas into a reality. We have developed key programs to assist us in our battle against illiteracy and instead build a movement towards positive mentorship.
